FREE Shipping
I aim to deliver your package to your designated address within 2-3 weeks from the time it is dispatched. However, please note that I cannot guarantee this timeframe.
Paintings can be sent worldwide by air mail without additional cost. The Royal Mail is used for paintings located in the UK. UkrPoshta – for paintings lacated in Ukraine. DHL or other couriers can be used for additional costs. All parcels have tracking numbers.
Usually we despatch during 1-5 days after the payment.
Returns & Exchanges
My ultimate goal is for every buyer of my artwork to be completely satisfied. Once you receive the artwork, you have a period of 5 days to assess it and ensure that it is the right piece for you.
In the event that the artwork is damaged during transit, please retain all packaging materials and refer to the comprehensive returns policy provided below for further instructions. I aim to make your experience with me as seamless as possible.

Returns Policy
Return Policy for Original Artwork
Please unpack the artwork carefully and keep all packaging materials until you have made a final decision and are satisfied with your purchase.
Once you have received the original artwork, you have 5 days to determine whether you want to keep it or return it in its original condition for a refund.
Additionally, I require that the buyer ships the returned artwork within 3 days after notifying me of their intention to return the piece.
The following conditions apply for returns:
1) The artists must be notified by email lkurovska@gmail.com before returning the artwork.
2) The artwork must be received in the same undamaged condition as was sent.
3) The artwork has to be shipped back within 8 days of receiving it.
If you fail to inform me of your intention to return the artwork within 5 days of receipt or if you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. However, some exceptions may apply, such as in cases of death, bereavement, illness, or incapacity. Please contact me to assess your specific situation.
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Artwork
Step 1 – Within 5 days of receiving your artwork, please contact me at lkurovska@gmail.com, providing your order information and the reason for wanting to return the artwork.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you have already discarded the original packaging, you are responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to ensure the safe and secure return of the artwork. If needed, please reach out to me for further guidance.
Step 3 – Email lkurovska@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Refund
Once the artwork safely reaches the artist, Lena Kurovska, I will process your return, and the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method in the same currency. Please note that shipping/handling costs, bank fees, and international customs fees, if applicable, will be deducted. Damaged artwork due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within 5 days of receiving your merchandise, please email lkurovska@gmail.com, providing us with your order information.
Step 2 – Preserve the original packaging.
Step 3 – Take photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging, and email these pictures to lkurovska@gmail.com.
